Joshua Russo
Josh is the president of the Watermen's Alliance.  He coordinates recreational dive events for the Caspar Cove Project. He has been coordinating recreational dive events in kelp restoration since 2018also on the DFW's committee to develop a Kelp Recovery Management Plan.

Pete Guinosso
Pete is the co-founder of Blue Harmony, a non-profit organization dedicated to ocean conservation. His lifelong love for the ocean began during his childhood in Ocean City, New Jersey, where his family’s vacation home fostered cherished memories of building sandcastles, body surfing, and connecting with the sea. However, the increasing frequency of severe storms and flooding, driven by climate change, led to the selling of the family home, deepening Pete's sense of urgency to protect the oceans.
Pete’s commitment to ocean conservation solidified further when he joined Hillard Witt, fellow co-founder, in the tradition of abalone diving along the California coast. Witnessing the effects of ocean climate change, Pete co-founded Blue Harmony in 2020 with Hillard and close friend, Tom Hansch. Through Blue Harmony, Pete is focused on educating the public, advocating for sustainable practices, and empowering communities to combat plastic pollution, ocean climate change, and overfishing, ensuring the health and preservation of the oceans for future generations.

Special thanks to Christina for setting us up with Josh and Pete!
